At Shahana Walls, we strive to provide you with a seamless shopping experience and ensure that your order reaches you safely and promptly. This Shipping Policy outlines the details of our shipping procedures, including shipping methods, costs, and delivery times.

1. Shipping Locations:

We currently offer shipping across “Pakistan”. We do not offer international shipping at this time, but we are working towards expanding our delivery options in the future.

2. Processing Time:

All orders are processed within “5-6 business days” after the order is placed. Orders are processed during business hours, Monday to Saturday, from “9 AM to 6 PM (PKT)”. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:

We use reliable shipping carriers to deliver your products. The available shipping methods are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping:

    Delivery within “6-7 business days” depending on your location.

  • Express Shipping:

    Delivery within “4-5 business days” (for selected areas).

  • Same-Day Delivery (Available in Select Areas & Products):

    For certain locations, we offer “same-day delivery” for orders placed before “12 PM (PKT)”

  • (CUSTOMIZED & RESIN PRODUCTS) are not included in it. These products must take 4-5 days for making.

  • Please note that delivery times may vary based on external factors such as weather conditions, holidays, and courier delays.

4. Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. You will be able to view the shipping charges at checkout before confirming your order.

  • Free Shipping:

    We offer “Free Standard Shipping” on all orders over “PKR 10,000” within Pakistan.

  • Flat Rate Shipping:

    For orders underPKR 5,000, a flat shipping rate of “PKR 300” will apply.

5. Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a “Tracking Number” via Email or SMS. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery through our carrier's website or our order tracking page.

6. Shipping Delays:

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, certain factors may cause delays beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Bad weather conditions

  • High demand during peak seasons (e.g., holidays)

  • Shipping carrier delays

  • Customized Orders Preparing Time.

In case of any significant delay, we will notify you and keep you updated on the status of your order.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information:

Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. If there is an issue with your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible to make corrections. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

8. Packaging:

We take great care in packaging your items securely to prevent damage during transit. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately, and we will assist you with the return or exchange process.

9. International Shipping (Coming Soon):

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. However, we are working to expand our shipping services to include international destinations. Stay tuned for updates!
