If you are not happy with your product, we offer an “Exchange and Replacement Policy” to make your shopping experience easier and more convenient. Please read the following guidelines to ensure a smooth process. (Exchange or Refund) not apply on Customized Products.

1. Eligibility for Exchange and Replacement:

    Exchanges and replacements must be requested within “3-4 days” of receiving your order. After this period, we are unable to offer exchanges or replacements.

  • Condition of Products:

    The item(s) must be unused, in original condition, and with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact. Any product that shows signs of use, damage, or alterations will not be eligible for exchange or replacement.

  • Proof of Purchase:

    A valid proof of purchase, such as the order receipt or confirmation email, must be provided when requesting an exchange or replacement.

2. How to Request an Exchange or Replacement:

If you wish to exchange or replace an item, please follow these steps:

  • Provide Order Details:

    Include your order number, the item you want to exchange or replace, and the reason for the request (e.g., damaged, incorrect item, etc.).

  • Return the Item:

    We will guide you on how to return the item(s). Please ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. Return shipping costs will be covered by “Shahana Walls” in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

3. Exchanges:

  • Same Item Exchange:

    If you are requesting an exchange for the same item in a different size, color, or design, we will process the exchange based on availability.

  • Product Replacement:

    If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will arrange for a replacement of the same or equivalent product at no additional cost to you.

4. Refunds:

If a replacement is not available, or if you prefer a refund instead of an exchange, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected and approved.

  • Refund Processing Time:

    Refunds may take “7-10 business days” to appear in your account, depending on your payment method.

5. Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Personalized products (e.g., custom-made Islamic calligraphy or personalized wall clocks etc...)

  • Discounted or sale items (unless they are defective or damaged)

  • Gift cards

6. Damaged or Defective Items:

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within “48 hours” of receiving the product. We will provide a full replacement or a refund as per your preference. You may be required to provide photos of the damaged item(s) to facilitate the process.

7. Exchange and Replacement Shipping Costs:

  • Free Return Shipping:

    If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, “Shahana Walls” will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Customer-Paid Return Shipping:

    If you are exchanging or returning an item for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

8. Packaging and Condition of Returned Items:

To ensure a smooth return or exchange process, please return the item(s) in their original packaging, including all parts, accessories, and tags. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return the item(s), as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking information.
